Charlotte has accompanied many organizations in the implementation of social intranets. Her Bachelor in Psychology combined with her Master in Culture and Organization Management enabled her to not only guide the technical implementation but also the change process of the behavior of the employees.

Anne explores the wide field of her profession 'Cultural Anthropology'. She uses this knowledge in her rol as a communication specialist in cultural projects. She also studies the behavior of people in relation to their environment.

Brigitte has worked as a trainer for intercultural communication since 2013. Raised in Germany, she has lived in the Netherlands, Australia, Russia, Japan and the US and traveled many other countries. After her studies at the Thunderbird School of International Management and career as an international project manager at IBM, she decided to combine her experience with the proven Hofstede model which among other things describes the masculine or feminine nature of a culture. Now trains and advises multinational teams to improve their communication skills and their results.
Liesbeth works as a marketing and communications consultant for various organizations. She focuses on both internal communications and online marketing communications.
